The reception went beautifully, the guests loved the variety of music and everyone enjoyed dancing all night long. I would definitely refer Musical Reflections to other people who need a DJ for any event.

I just thought I'd share with you what I think about his DJing.
I hired Derek to be the DJ at my daughter's Quinceañera party at the Cotillion last year and all our guests had a great time. Derek and his wife, Laura, were extremely accommodating and even offered to allow us to choose the songs if we wanted to, using a computer program they have at their showroom at home.
There was a lot of diversity and I wanted to make sure we had music of all sorts to make sure our guests would get up and dance sometime during the party.
That was about all I had to say to Derek and he certainly did just that. Afterward and still now, people continued to talk about how fun the party was and how much fun they had dancing and listening to the music. They were glad he played all kinds of music. We had R&B music lovers, Latin music lovers, Iranian music lovers (I shared my CDs with him and he did beautifully integrating them), Rock music lovers, Disco music lovers, 60's Swing-Style music lovers, Big Band music lovers, etc., etc., and he touched them all.
I would hire him again in a heartbeat for any party I was having where I planned to have DJ.
He'll do a wonderful job for you!

Thank you for the wonderful job you did at my wedding. The sound was great; the music was not too loud and not too soft. I really appreciated how you took the time to find out in advance what kind of music we liked and let us make the request sheet. You were able to give us the perfect mix of music for our special day. You were also very accommodating to all the requests made by my guests as well. There really was something for everyone. I also appreciate the fact that you let us control it in a way by getting all of the traditional stuff out of the way first thing. It was such a happy day and we received so many comments about how well the reception was put together and how it just flowed. When paying for your own wedding you truly appreciate all the help you can get. I really enjoyed that you had your own lighting and it was perfect in setting the mood. We could turn out the overhead lights and create a more romantic scene.

Thank you so much for the wonderful entertainment for our perfect night. We had so many compliments on the Band and the DJ. Everyone had so much fun! The Band was wonderful, the DJ interacted with the guests and they both played all the music we wanted to hear and more. The only regret was that the night didn't last long enough. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the birthday party you hosted for my husband Bob. This is the second time we have used Musical Reflections, the first time was for our wedding. Bob and I met at a dance and enjoy oldies music and dancing. I wanted to have a surprise party with music and dancing at his 50th birthday party. Your three man band, (the keyboardist, singer, bass player and drummer), and the DJ offered the right atmosphere. Our guests enjoyed the music while dancing and nostalgic reminiscing. Derek the DJ did an awesome job entertaining the guests. I had several guests comment about how much they enjoyed the DJ.
